Aside from playing against professional poker players, amateurs or beginners in poker have to worry about playing against poker bots or a poker computer program that they cannot outwit no matter what strategy that they play in the game. It is also hard to detect poker bots because they usually never manifest any evidence that they are poker playing software.

The details that are discussed in the forum are in-depth and up to date that it is puzzling why this kind of practice is tolerated if bots are becoming a big headache in the poker circuit especially in online casinos.
Some of the topics discussed in the forums were about partnering computers to secure a table and how players could avoid being detected by the online casino that they are playing in that they are using a bot.
For an average online poker player, poker software bots could destroy the finances of the player because computer software never gets dizzy or sleepy and can play the whole day and play multiple games at the same time.
There is no incentive for the online casinos to remove or discouraged the use of poker bots because even though bots are a menace to players, the casino sites do not gamble at the poker tables.
The casinos just get a percentage of every player's hand that are dealt. So there is no reason to spend on technology that will stop poker bots once and for all. But in some casinos, officials have placed tools which can detect when a poker bot is playing.
If the casino detects a poker bit playing, they will ban the username of the player concerned for life. If this does not solve the problem as soon as possible, players might play in land-based casinos rather than in online casinos.
